Visually-Impaired Egyptian Teenager Memorizes Quran in 3 Months

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Abdullah Ammar, a 14-year old visually impaired Egyptian managed to memorize the Holy Quran in 3 months.

 

Abdullah, who practiced Quran memorization with Al-Azhar teachers, has also learned many Hadiths by heart, el-Balad News website reported.

He has also mastered Quran recitation in 10 different styles.

Abdullah, who is from Bilbeis city in Al-Sharqiyah Governorate, won top ranks in two Quran competitions in 2016 and 2018 and was honored by Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the president of Egypt.

He wishes to become an expert in religious sciences and disseminate Islamic concepts not only in his society but all over the world.
