Islamic Ethics Course Held in Uganda

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Iranian Cultural Center in Uganda held a course on Islamic ethics at a branch of Al-Mustafa International University in Kampala.

 

According to the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, Mohammadreza Ghezelsofla, the Iranian cultural attaché in Uganda, was the instructor of the course.

He was invited by Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Bokayi, head of the university’s branch in the African country to teach the course, taken by 62 first-year students of the university.

One of the objectives of the program was to develop interaction and cooperation between the center and the university as two scientific, cultural and educational centers.

The Iranian Cultural Center has also organized courses on “management of Islamic culture” and “Islamic thought" in the previous academic year in Uganda.
